Delete your account

You can delete your account and all your data at any time, directly from the app.

No longer have the app? Write to [email protected] from the address linked to your account, with the subject “Account deletion”. The request is processed within 7 days.

  1. Open SettingsThe icon in the top-right corner of the Today screen.
  2. Scroll to “Account and sync”You will also find the export of your data there.
  3. Tap “Delete my account”A window reminds you what will be erased.
  4. Confirm twiceYour people, your news and your timeline are erased from your phone and from our servers within 24 h.

This is permanent. Export your data first if you want to keep it.

Subscription: deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel it in Settings › your name › Subscriptions.

Legal obligations: only the data the law requires us to keep (for example, invoices) is retained, for the legal period.

Terms of use

Version of October 12, 2026. By using Ojus, you accept the terms below.

1. Purpose

Ojus is a mobile app to note, in writing or by voice, news about your loved ones and find it easily.

2. Access and account

The app is reserved for people aged at least 12. You are responsible for what you record about other people: only note what they have confided in you.

3. Price and payment

Ojus is free, with 20 voice notes analyzed per month. Ojus Premium makes voice notes unlimited (within reasonable personal use, 900 analyses per month): €1.99 per month or €19.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial for a first subscription. Payments are made through the App Store and follow Apple's terms. Prices are shown including VAT in the App Store.

4. Trial, renewal and cancellation

If not cancelled before the free trial ends, the subscription starts and the first payment is charged. A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period from your Apple ID settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

5. Data and deletion

Your data belongs to you. You can export it and delete your account at any time, as described above.

6. Liability

The publisher does its best to ensure Ojus works properly, without being able to guarantee uninterrupted availability. What dictation fills in automatically should be checked before saving.

7. Changes to the terms

Any significant change will be notified to you in the app before it takes effect.

8. Governing law

French law. In case of dispute, you can use a consumer mediator free of charge.
